Oliver has built, launched, and operated multiple businesses from the ground up, learning firsthand what works—and what’s painfully expensive when it doesn’t. After nearly a decade in the Army, he reset his career, completed a physiotherapy degree, and went on to establish three companies that continue to operate under his directorship. He’s currently completing a double Master’s in Business Administration and Health Economics & Policy, combining real-world execution with formal strategy. Oliver doesn’t teach theory—he teaches business as it’s actually lived.
