Our seminars and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not provide:

Participation in our seminars does not create a client–advisor, accountant–client, legal, or fiduciary relationship.

Your participation is voluntary and based on your own decision-making.

By participating, you agree that:

When registering for a seminar or program:

• You must provide accurate information.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without notice (but not after you’ve purchased).
• You agree not to share your login or seminar access with others.

There will be no refunds for circumstances outside the control of Explicitly Business including:

• Government Restrictions: Actions by a third party, such as government restrictions banning the event from going ahead.
• Events Beyond Human Control: Natural disasters or "acts of God".
• Change of Mind: You simply change your mind or cannot attend for any reason

We will provide you the option to reschedule future seminar if you are unable to attend on the date you originally booked.

Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or transfer option.

Explicitly Business will, to the best of its ability give as much notice as possible of cancellations,  however attendance at our seminars is at the participant’s own expense. We do not cover or arrange travel, accommodation, meals, or any other costs associated with attending in person. No compensation or reimbursement will be provided for these expenses under any circumstances, including cancellations, postponements, or changes outside of our control. 

All seminar materials, slides, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, and digital resources are protected by copyright.

Participants may not:

• Record sessions without written permission
• Reproduce or share materials publicly
• Sell or distribute any content

You may use the materials only for personal educational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any losses, business outcomes, decisions, or damages arising from your use of our Services.
• We do not guarantee business success or earnings.
• Your results depend on your individual effort and circumstances.

Participants must:

• Behave respectfully to instructors and other attendees
• Not disrupt the seminar or event
• Not harass or engage in inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code.

• We are not responsible for participants’ internet or device issues.
• We may adjust the platform or delivery method if needed.
• Access links are for registered participants only.

If we recommend tools, platforms, or links, we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or performance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
